What I don't understand is how the photo could have gotten there in the first place. I don't think I've ever posted that one to TE and I KNOW I have never resized it to be avatar size.

It makes a cool avatar though.

My best guess is that it is due to your post about the pictures (or browsing the site where you uploaded them) and the fact that the avatar pictures are "sized" in the forum. If you view the source code for a forum page, avatar pictures are displayed with specific heights and widths ("width="52" height="100").

Anyway, that Legolas is so beautiful.

How very odd. Yes, your riv is her avatar on your screen. Very odd indeed.

    Wow, that's bizzare.

I'm glad you posted the screenshots, for a moment there I thought you were going senile on us, V.

But heck, you won't be old enough for that for another week

If I were clever (and if I had time), I'd PM everyone and get them all to change their avatars to the Legolas without tell you, Veronica -- just for kicks! But I'm too busy right now so you'll just have to pretend we all did it and freak out or something....

That would be funny. I was beginning to wonder if I was becoming too self absorbed - seeing myself or my bikes everywhere.

Now where did I leave my bike? Where are my keys? Do I need to buy peas?
