As for designing jerseys, try the graphic arts programs at a college. A talented student might take on the work for a little $.
Oh, and I don't know about anybody else, but cycling often makes my nose runny. (Allergies, cold weather, etc.) Can someone please design a long-sleeved jersey with a hankie you can attach to the cuff? (I don't know how many of my dad's hankies I've shoved in the cuff of my jacket.)
