That's not even my "main" pic - that's just the one with the Colnago. Funny. I have yet to see anyone I know when I log into the main site. Oh well.

Thanks - the marathon was pretty rough but good to do. Now I await a fun meeting with the pulmonary guy next week to make sure it's okay to really start ramping it up. Indoors of course. In a padded cell....

I hope your riding is going well. I guess race season is pretty well done except for cross. Do you do that? That's too much like a marathon for me with all that running. I'll stick to doubles and the occasional road race!
