you're taking several different things that can mess up your sleep. (muscle relaxants, nyquil, and I'm not sure what mucinex is)
keep taking your antibiotics, take some tylenol or advil for pain, and take a hot bath before bedtime.
other than that, i am clueless.

you might also go for a walk during the sunniest part of the day today.
(and have chicken soup for lunch)
