    Congrats on a great marathon time in not so great conditions. Sounds like it was VERY tough out there. You did it, girl. Rest, take care of yourself, and keep yourself healthy (I always get sick after a marathon, and being that yours was in such cold/undesireable conditions be sure to take extra good care of your body).

    Way to go Colby. You were a trooper to endure that nasty weather. Are you still sore?

    It's getting better! I have been doing Yoga in the mornings, saw my chiropractor today (wow, that was fun), and have an appointment for acupuncture tomorrow morning. I can pretty much walk normally and my quads are just slightly sore, not mega-sore.
