How cold does it get in Vegas? I'm in San Francisco Bay area and most of the the time it does not get below freezing so I usually wear wool knee warmers or leg warmers with my shorts.

I do have a pair of Castelli bib tights, but the ankle zippers are really cheesy. Granted I do have big calves, but the zippers are really flimsy.
