Gotta get a few last minute cases done before the kids arrive for T-day. Gonna make my special request 2 roast chicken feast.
All you girls have a great thanksgiving, you hear me?
Let's all be thankful for the things we have. Life can be tough and with painful challenges and overwhelming obstacles. That is when we must remember that we have food, a warm dwelling, friends, and loved ones. So many people on our planet actually have NONE of these things. It's hard to imagine their suffering.
Thanksgiving good wishes and love to all the good women on TE!

Well, at least you have *some* healthier options there. No one brought food here today, thank goodness, although a pumpkin pie I ordered to support a co-worker's kid came in.

    "Can you hear m.... oops"

Verizon took my phone apart and played with it a little. They said it's fine, must just be that my towers don't pick up calls and I was static-y when I touched my phone the last couple days.

    Yeah, ok. We'll see.

I don't want to miss those very important phone calls! Those vital communiques about Hugh Laurie's character's latest escapades, how the dog did on her walk, and what someone is eating for dinner! Crucial information, I tell you! Crucial!

BMo3 - sleep. rest. recover. Kit can always give you the Clif's notes version of what's been up on TD.

    Mimi- smoked salmon!!!! Oooooh!

Happy Thanksgiving to all. I'll be in Canada for the day. Heading up to my mom's in a couple hours. Whooo-hooo!

Knot - FWIW, you might want to take the phone back into your local store and have them check the battery. I think it kinda melted down a bit inside and is "cross-firing". In other words, it's not grounded right anymore. Won't keep a charge cause it's feeding against itself and back into the frame work and your hand. Won't let you recieve either because of ground issues. Do it soon as it will slowly destroy your inner circuitry from feedback. Hope that's all it is. After only 5 months, it should be covered right? Otherwise, I'd go with a Nokia next time. I've currently got 2 Motorolas but not happy with the reception or that I can't adjust the volume enough to hear the ringer or people on the other side clearly. My Nokias worked great through all kinds of beatings until I upgraded to newer technology. Good luck.

Edit: Or not. Hope it stays ok for you.

OTG - Yeah wish I could be there. I'm sure you'll have fun without me tho. You can do it, just pace yourself and make sure you can talk a little. Then you know you're at the right pace to finish. I'll be careful with my choice of foods when I get you two over for dinner. We don't need all of us gaining weight over it. I love the lebanon bologna and cream cheese wraps too. Some PA Dutch traditions are hard to break, huh? I like sweet the best. Let me know how the LBS does for you. I like to patronize small businesses and would drive to out another good LBS just "to see".

BMo3 - Dear, maybe the garage door dude was just too much for ya. You know, anytime you have an over-abundance of studdliness and need to unload, keep us in mind. Hope you are feeling better today.
    (((((BMo3)))))

Well, gotta go for now. Some of the girls at work want me to show them www.zillow.com. It's a neat site if you haven't checked it out yet.

cya ladies! Be safe and happy.

Mimi, ummmm. All I brought was a lean cuisine and a yogurt and my yogurts gone There's only 3 of us left in the shop. And we're all talking about leaving early....

X - my city isn't on zillion. Guess that's cuz I live in the pickers.

Yeah, my friend Scott called and we will meet up later. That makes me happy today.

I can't concentrate. I want to go walk my dogs, or ride my bike, or play outside with my son. It's a balmy 50 degrees here! Have a great Thanksgiving Day everyone.

I hope you get to go out and play. I took a walk and discovered that my coat is not water repellent. It is VERY wet here.
(but you've all heard me say that already several times this month)

your town is not on Zillow? I thought EVERYTHING was there. My house is, it's worth a fortune, 3x what we paid for it; or are still paying for it!

yeah, the salmon was good. Once upon a time, Salmon was even more plentiful here. We haven't forgotten it.

Knot's phone problem sounded misdiagnosed to me too! X, you could be right.

Dh just bought himself a Selle anatomica. It's bright red with black rails.
It's apparently waterproof leather, so he won't be able to ruin it by riding in the rain like he ruined his old Brooks.
For Black friday, we are going to AT LEAST two bike shops as we head towards home from the south part of the state.
I will give full reports on each shop; i've never been to either.

CWR - NICE card! LMAO. I thought dogs at first, but considering the sent to list, I thought maybe Kit and X got together for a little holiday cheer. BWAAHAAA (can you tell I'm getting punchie to get out of here?!)

Mimi, no rain yet. At the most I'll be able to leave at 4:00 cuz I skipped lunch. Of course, I'm hungry now since half my lunch was missing Have fun at the bike shops - let us know what you get!
