The attempted transaction will sit there for eternity until then. No one but you can see it.

Okay, I went and looked at my paypal account and it says:
Payment To S---- B------ (name blanked for privacy here)
And it's uncleared. I am assuming it wouldn't know your name if I hadn't used the correct info, right?
