How about boy-shorts in women's underwear. Typically they are shorter than the men's boxer briefs, but pretty darn comfy. I found some made by Barely There that are microfiber that I really love. http://www.barelythere.com/style.asp?cid=2&id=31#

Oops, not cotton either, but cool:

(Note the real-size models.)
I wear the Hanes and they are comfy despite the fake fly. I do wish they made a longer version of them myself.
I like the snug long legs, which is why I was looking at the men's boxer briefs just an hour ago in a department store and caused myself some embarrassment.
Boy-cuts are cute, but don't work on my tushie.
www.underarmor.com the women's compression short with 4 inch inseam is my current favorite. Someone should make a spandex cotton one like Jockey used to.
Actually, the Ibex Roaster Boxer for women is also my favorite. But they are pretty expensive and can get very warm. (with an Ibex T-shirt, they make great pajamas too)

I love UA too but Puma makes cute stuff. Are these in the ballpark?

They are cute, but i really like the longer legs (4 inch inseam sort of thing). I might just be out of luck. At least I can still get the UnderArmor and Ibex, even if they aren't cotton.
