Need input on tires asap

Do you have a link? What tread pattern? Road tires generally don't require much if any tread, so I'm curious what the tire looks like.

I have the Specialized S-works Mondo tire and really like the ride. Very comparable to a Michelin Pro Race but more durable. They also are easier to take on and off my Ritchey rims than almost every other big name brand out there (we sat in the shop and tested and tested and tested).

I like the all-condition part because I tend to take the bike out on multi-use trails which can sometimes be wet, covered with leaves, muddy and/or sandy/gravelly.

I have Shimano rims. I assume the changeability isn't going to be any different than my current ones, since it's the same tire just new tread pattern.

I love my tires...so far so good in some wet conditions and over gobs of trash, sticks, tree roots, even a nice wedge in a crack in a sidewalk (no crashing and no destroying the sidewall). But is blue uber-cheese? Too bad my LBS didn't have the blue tape when I got new Bar Phat put on my new bars.

If you're just asking about the color, do whatever you want. A ton of us ride colored tired. It's fun.

I could see where the tread could help in your conditions, though at 23 mm I'm not sure how much! I wonder if they come in 25 or 28. I do like my Specialized tires.

They do come in 25s. Other versions like the Sport come in 28 too.

So far the current tread has been pretty decent, but could be better on some corners. I like how the new ones go even farther to the motorcycle style.

I don't much care about the color. Blue would probably be OK.

I love Continental 4-season tires. They hug the road and have little rolling resistance. My LBS says they are the last of the true rubber tire and that they are usually round (always a good thing!).

The drawback is that they might not last as long as other tires and they are expensive. Once I tried them, I knew I'd sacrifice.
