What is it about tea?

I myself prefer hot water with lemon juice. And the hotter the better.

I never could like tea. No amounts of honey or burbon/whiskey/gin could change that.... I tried

Have you tried different types - Lord there are tons of different teas out there. I love the TAZO brand of teas sold by Starbucks. Sometimes cheap tea or black tea is bitter. A good tea will not be.
