Oh, Nanci, last year, at band camp, all of us girls dressed up. It was so much fun. The trouble was, it rained, so we had to cover up our cool clothes with raincoats and got wet anyway.

I don't see airplanes. I see a picture of the shadow of the Rainbow Warrior on a wall in Croatia...

Yup, psoas - spoken "so azz". They start at the 12th thoracic spine and stretch down to the Ala of the Iliac Pelvis (anterior, inner dish shaped part) and extends to the lesser trochanter of the femur (inside notch of the shaft near the hip). Since they're attached to the femur, when you raise your legs or bend your lower back, you'll feel them if they aren't balanced. They are bilateral and contain a wide set of muscle fibers so they can affect a lot.

Phew! I'm exhausted. I need a nap. I may have to go lay down on an x-ray table for a while. I feel dizzy after all that thinking. (It really pays to have students around constantly asking questions like that one. Keeps me on my toes.)

Dang it Kit, where were you? mimi will never let me off the hook.

Oops, ER calling me. Gotta go. No nap. Shoot!

    cya kids!
I'm at work... Maybe you're so tired from being so freakin' profound last night, man... It's Thurs so I finally get an evening with DGF, so I'm going to be polite and sweet and stay the eff off the computer... She'll appreciate it, I'm sure.

When we get a storm like that, I have to think about heading to the Appalachian Trail with my chainsaw.

We've got flood warnings for tonight and tomorrow. It's been raining all week already. Now expecting 3-6 inches of rain and gusty winds. Did you send it, Mimi? My roof is still leaking onto the bed. Better put a tarp over the bed tonight and sleep somewhere else. My car leaks in heavy rain too. Saturday I'll go on the house roof and see if the leak is obvious.

I'll tell you, with weather like this, I can understand why our ancients our ancestors celebrated when they knew the days were getting longer again!

I go for a run in the pouring rain and howling wind and come back to pages of TD.

Nanci-sorry to hear your day was a bad one. It definitely sounds as though you could use a lot more help at work.
I did mean to tell you earlier that I am relieved Mr. Toad is not in danger. That face!
What sort of snake are you thinking of buying?

X and Kit- I am lost, as usual. I feel so un-cool. Geez, now I will be having JHS flashbacks.

kelownagirl-the planes are on the next page

    CWR-are you safely back?

Dar-how is project Toad coming along?

    I wish it would snow.
