It is frustrating. I too am now feeling like I'm always hungry, always craving baked potatoes, bread, chocolate, sour cream, cheese, fried stuff....ugh.
I try to have more tea and oatmeal and soup to fill me up in different ways than high fat or grease. But I don't alwyas succeed.

Me too! I am like, where're the cheese and crackers & I'll see you in the spring! Stuff like cookies, chips, doughnuts look especially appealing now. I am mostly successfully resisting.

While I do enjoy an occaisional item of the above in the summer, it's not like I want to live on the stuff. And like you, generally in summer months my appetite is more geared toward cold & fresh food - on a real hot & humid day, I eat very lightly - salad, chilled soups etc.

sigh. I really have been very hungry the last week or two.

[Oh, On a different note we got a slowcooker, hooray, can't wait to try it out after the chaos of Thxgiving is over.]
