I also have bunions - probably from all the years of pointe. They only bother me when I run long distances. And when they do, boy oh boy they hurt. I hope all of you gals get everything straightened out (no pun intended)

went to the my old myropractor today to get put back into place. i had him look at my feet and he did a little bit of adjusting and said that for some reason calcium seems to be building up in them. he made them look a bit better, not as bulged out. new problem: i seem to have developed a cut that is starting to look like an infection on my right bunionette. great....

I had surgery on a bunionette end of jan this year and have been left with nerve damage in one of my toes. I'm in constant agony, it's worse than before surgery so I aint getting the other foot operated on.
How was the surgery performed?
I actually had to go back a year later and have the wire removed in both feet because it was laying on the nerve and causing me pain.
Now I'm good. (knocks on wood)
