Look, honey, I get that I'm a newbie to the organization, but I have 4 years of full time experience in this type of position. I'm sorry you applied for this position & they didn't select you.....take that up with the people who did the hiring! And being the constant "yes" woman to your boss is really pathetic & may be why you were not selected for this position.
