New shoes are definitely in order! I luuuuve my Brooks. I bought two pair and rotate them. I went and got fitted, then looked online, found older models and closeouts of the same shoe on Sierra Trading Post and bought two sets. As for the sizing and not buying in the store, I did buy, just not for me. Oldest son needed a lot of cross country gear. I figured I shelled out enough to warrent trying a pair of shoes on.
