I rode (and loved) my old Trek 1000; rode her for 11-12 yrs. I recently bought an Allez Comp. The first time I rode her, I came home grinning like that famous monkey

I had taken her out on the Fellsway and ridden her round and round a nearby traffic rotary. I couldn't stop... it was soooo fast!
I was WITH traffic, getting that great lean into the turn. She responded so well.

I came home and said to my roomate "That is a bike!"
