    Bah, who needs food?

Send the hungry ones to my house for chicken stew. I still have half a chicken and can make another pot.

Then get some of your friends together and go do something fun! SKnot and I will keep the boys entertained until you get back!

Me! Me! I need foooood! So hungry. I want chicken stew to appear. I don't want to go to the grocery store or cook. Must feed the stomach, then digest awhile, then go riding. Raking leaves all morning has only made me hungrier.

i missed dinner again at Knot's. i could've really used some girl time last night too.

dar those pants will be good. i'm very hippy and curvy. i'm the typical wisconsin/german/farmer girl body type. does that help? and i always have problems fitting into pants!

    x now thats talent!

kit you definatly did the right thing. i'm so proud.

i'm currently avoiding packing. i really need to, but haven't gotten around to it yet. i keep using the "i need to do laundry first" excuse, but that's been done since yesterday. why is packing so hard? maybe its the 30 hrs of travel i'm not dreading, but hey at least i have cool new travel pants to wear.

So, happy Kit, where in Wisconsin do you hale and wish your ashes-in-a-peanutbutter-jar to be scattered (I thought that was funny, btw)? Oh, and just for you, that humor thread had me ROTFLMAO! What a hoot you girls are having over there.
I hail from smack dab in the center of Waupaca county (about 10 miles east of Waupaca) and my ashes-in-a-peanutbutter-jar will be scattered near Big Falls, at the northern edge of Waupaca County. I thought pretty much everyone *knew*! Then again, it's nice to see/feel like people can be surprised.

I'm not sure how you'd incorporate coconuts into those pics, but I have to say... those flat abs rock so hard.... you make me want to take similar pics to compare!

only 30 hrs? That's not so bad. Maybe you'll manage girl time tonight. I hope so. Packing is just a pain. Trying to anticipate everything you'll need without overpacking. Ugh!

Take care and have a good trip, okay?

Knot - so where is this pix of you? It'd be nice for all you nice ladies to post pix for me you know - so I can catch up since there's no cliff notes or anything for TD.

CWR- I am anxiously awaiting my new pants! Have fun on the trip. Oh, and I am one screen away from YOUR pix young lady! Dang dialup and people pc mumbing appropriate words under my breath

Lise - glad you had fun with your mom. My subtle changes on match has caused a stir - I'll keep you posted.

Trek - I'm glad you don't want to be a man sweetheart! We love you just the way you are! And thank you for the kind words.

Deb - I'm with you. I'm hungry, I don't want to cook or shop right now (cuz it means dishes). I just want some of Knot's stew.....

X - you hot tamale you! Glad you had a good time. Enjoy the biking today.

So I slept in until 10am this morning! Of course, I still had to get up at 7am to let the dogs out. And the weather dude was right on - snow flurries. I took them for a walk/run and now I'm getting ready to tackle paperwork and the mess that is my house. So is there a computer gadget I can wear running/walking to tell me how far I've gone? I ran mostly in the woods today cuz it's easier on my shins. I've penciled in a 5K for Nov. 26th so I need to get crackin'.

Project FROG update: IL guy (who lives in WI btw) left me a message last night. He's supposed to call today. My friend S. (who I'd love to be more than friends with), called and we chated last night. And a 47 yo Italian guy from Madison wants to talk to me and emailed me his phone number. I'm such a chicken sh*t. I need to just call and chat with him right?

Off to do paperwork, I'll cbl.

Uh oh, Chica, Darby's on to you! You can't fake abs like that. I had the gallery up in a firefox tab until I got tired of my gf stealing peeks at them.

OK, so today I tell the manager that next Friday's my last day. Whew. I hope. Unless something else crappy happens. Oh, and it's 1 and I'm still in my pjs... well... sorta. It's chilly to wander in my 'pjs' so I just keep thermals near the bed.
Looking into hard drives and ram for my poor, overused, under-maintained laptop. it's only got an 18gb hd, (hence the small price tag) but I want to throw a 40-60gb hd in and maybe max out the ram... Yes, the processor is only 700mHz but it tries. I need to replace the battery, too, so it'll hold a fsking charge... but if my new mgr wants me to use it for work, then it needs all the work... AND if the new mgr is willing to pay for a new battery, then hey! I'm in business.

I love this little computer, too, so we shall see...

Is anybody going to tell Dar where the cliff notes are? The Knot pic is on here at least twice.

The picture of my saddlebags, which turned into the saga of my belly.

the original is on page 135.

*someone* has special feelings for that picture, and reposted it a couple weeks ago. (page 363) I made the happy comment that I am a size smaller now than when I took that pic.

there is no pic of Butch Island Girl. (halloween costume)
