    Good luck.

(I want a lot of events so I can't quit exercising. Plus I'll probably see some rapid improvement yet.)

It's time for me to plan out my year also. There is so much I want to do but I will look to fill in specifics in the next few months, not all today.

    Here's what I am thinking:

    Jan/Feb/March:
indoors - spin, lift, swim n run.
outdoors - snowshoe 1x week as snow permits

    April:
5k & spring duathlon, time goals tbd later

    May:
    spring metric or greater?

    Jun:
    sprint tri #1

    Jul:
volunteer IMLP & PMC long training rides
(Offthegrid bring your bike I know some great roads, not to mention the course!!)

    Aug:
    PMC
    -week off-
    then
sprint tri #2 around end of month

    Sept:
Century month (will catch up to 3 but probably only go for 100 at one)
    Greenway challenge as a relay

    Oct:
Fall rec rides & repeat the du

it sounds aggressive but if I do 1/2 this I'd still be pretty happy. I might have to make some trades to maximize similar types of training for the different events. PMC is the firm one, and the rest will squish in around it somehow.

That'd be awesome! I like riding in New Jersey sometimes because it's so flat (at least, portions of it are). I'm hoping to do better in the swim, too. We'll definitely have to meet for a ride when it gets warmer.
