    Oh man... 30mph? I can't even fathom crashing, let alone crashing at that speed... I know this sends a chill down my spine on your behalf...

    best best best wishes for a speedy recovery! spend the down time eating chocolate, watching movies and surfing for that great new bike! 30 mph, whewwwwwwwwww, i'm impressed. get better soon!

    Silver - so sorry to hear about your accident. Thanks to your DH for letting us all know.

    Please post all the gory details when you are up to it, and lets us know how your search for a new bike is going.

    So glad you will be OK - take good care of yourself.
