CX still is very painful, but it's fun. It is pretty much 45+ minutes of all out, burning lungs, burning legs, towing the line between controlled suffering and blowing up.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to put a costume together. I was at the WORS banquet in Stevens Point the night before and I didn't get home until after midnight. I barely had time to pack my gear and get to bed. I had to get up before 7:30am on Sunday so we could head to Milwaukee for the race. Needless to say, I'm exhausted today and I will not be riding my trainer until tomorrow.
Just keep pedaling.
