    Ouchie, Silver!
Boy, when you wipe out, you do it right! 30 mph! Man!
If you are home when you read this, Welcome Home! Your DH was a great guy for letting us all know so we can send you good, healing vibes.
I'm wishing you a speedy recovery, but don't push yourself. "Feeling better" and "being healed" are 2 totally different things.
    Take care of yourself.

30 MPH!! I'm so glad you weren't hurt worse than you are. Thankfully the helmet took the biggest blow to your head too! It was such a pleasure to have met you during the Hilly and I know you were nervous about riding after having ridden with the fellow who was killed on a ride. Please take care of yourself, take you pain killers (they ARE your friend, when you sleep your body heals) and when you are ready and totally healed, don't let this scare you off the bike. (((((gentle hugs))))))
Thank you so much Silver's DH for letting us know about her accident. (((((((Hugs for DH too)))))))) You hang in there, I know that had have been quite a scare for you too.

OMG, Silver! Glad to hear that you are going to be ok!! Get well soon!

I had rib injuries from snowboarding a few years back and as I recall, the pain kept getting worse long before it started getting better. Here's to hoping that you are on the upswing of the pain side (or at least that you got good meds!)...

When you are up to it, let us know how you are doing!

Oh Silver! So sorry about your crash! I hope they took great care of you in the hospital and am so glad the injuries weren't more serious. You'll be sore for a while, so take it easy and baby yourself!

You are so lucky to have a husband with sufficient testosterone to come visit the TE site and make a request for good wishes!!
