30 MPH!! I'm so glad you weren't hurt worse than you are. Thankfully the helmet took the biggest blow to your head too! It was such a pleasure to have met you during the Hilly and I know you were nervous about riding after having ridden with the fellow who was killed on a ride. Please take care of yourself, take you pain killers (they ARE your friend, when you sleep your body heals) and when you are ready and totally healed, don't let this scare you off the bike. (((((gentle hugs))))))
Thank you so much Silver's DH for letting us know about her accident. (((((((Hugs for DH too)))))))) You hang in there, I know that had have been quite a scare for you too.![]()

Don't think of it as getting hot flashes. Think of it as your inner child playing with matches
Silver - healing thoughts your way as well. Sorry to hear about the crash but glad it wasn't worse. You're in my prayers for a speedy recovery.

OMG, Silver! Glad to hear that you are going to be ok!! Get well soon!
I had rib injuries from snowboarding a few years back and as I recall, the pain kept getting worse long before it started getting better. Here's to hoping that you are on the upswing of the pain side (or at least that you got good meds!)...
When you are up to it, let us know how you are doing!![]()
