Biking in Maui

We are planning a trip to Maui in Dec. with our family, 5 sons! While my husband and I cycle quite regularly, our kids really don't, but they are all in good shape and all over the age of 18. We definitely want to bike down Haleakala(sp?)with a reputable company that will let us go at our own pace...anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

OK, no replies,yet...has anyone biked down the volcano in Maui...is it too boring for cyclists and too scary for non-cyclists? thanks for the help!
