Yes, they shipped my PI shoes the very day I ordered them, and when I had a question about the shipping method and emailed customer service, I got a nearly immediate response. I was impressed!
As opposed to Steepandcheap....five emails and still no response. No matter how good the bargains are, I'll never order from them again.

Outdoor Divas is a Boulder company and I bought my ski boots from them last spring. However, Boulder is 45 minutes away so I don't go there often.
Three weeks ago they opened a new store here in Denver, yea!, so I went in this morning to have my boots fitting. Kim (co-owner) did the fitting and I was very impressed with her.
Service is great in store as well. The ski bindings have to be rechecked for my new boots and the equipment is at the Boulder store so she is sending my skis and boots there. Because I want to ski this weekend they will have the boots and skis back by 10 am tomorrow. I expected her to say Monday at the earliest. I don't know if their turn around time is always that good or if it's because they just opened the store. They sure made me a happy customer.
The Denver store is less than 20 minutes away and looks like I'll be shopping there alot.
