Aaaaahhh, dark is my fav. And as a bonus, it's good for you too. Did ya know:>>>
It has 10x more antioxidants than strawberries, increases good cholesterol and lowers bad by preventing it from oxidizing. It can actually help you lose weight if eaten in small (1oz) quantities at certain times of the day. (not all day long, but that would be nice) It's good for your heart too and can help in chest congestion.
The only drawback is it can relax the esophageal sphincter muscle at the diaphragm, which if you have GERD or mild reflux, isn't so good for you. I say, just don't eat laying down (who does this anyway) and let gravity work for you.
I haven't bought any of the Dove chocolates yet, so please have one for me Trek420 and let me know what my future holds! (Though, ultimately, I believe we create our own luck and destiny.
