ya it is scary when 60 is cold. now 60 is a heat wave.

I remember when I was in Vegas. Wow was that hot. You don't really know heat until you feel the heat of the desert. We only get 120 heat INDEXES here in GA/SC ..... Actual temp usually caps at under 105. Thank Gawd. (these are usually the most extreme cases. Average temp is a couple degrees less)

LR came in #7 Faytetteville was #1. I probably could have gotten where at now if I had opted for the endless summer, and not for rain every week (we usually go 6 months without rain.

8 years til retirement - checked out other places and the teaching salaries aren't any higher and the cost of living is so I guess I will just have to suck it up and stay
