I totally agree with you about Title 9. I won't even look at their catalog any more because of their "no name" policy. Straight into the trash. I am highly influenced by a manufacturer's reputation and experience I've had with prior products.

Patagonia makes nice but low-impact synthetic bras. I've only heard good things about Under Armour.
