    Hi,
I'm considering buying a Schwinn IC Elite (slightly used) for my home. Anyone have any feedback on this spin bike?
    Thanks in advance!

buying something for training at home

I would recommend buying some kind of mag trainer (or the like) to train at home. Training on your own bike is much better in the long run.

I'm just curious, why do you say that? I think each has positives and negatives.

I've definitely gained better technique from my spinning and it's starting to build some good leg power too. Can't coast either... I think I do that outside on the real bike a lot. Of course on the road I work the whole balance aspect, but that wouldn't be the case on a trainer anyway.
