I'm going to try and stick with the 4:30 pace group for the Chicago mary. My 1/2 marathon pace has been about 10:12 but my longer run pace has been 11:00. The 4:30 is about a 10:30 minute mile -- it could be a good challenge for me. I'll let you know how it goes.
