My goal this year was to lose weight (15 lbs), bike more than 1500 miles, to start commuting and complete a century.
So far, I have completed 2 centuries, I now commute at least twice a week, I've put over 1500 miles on my road bike (not counting commute miles)...BUT, I've gained 5 lbs!!
So, to round out the year as a success...I need to lose 20 lbs. That might be a bit too aggressive. Perhaps I'll just up my milage goals?![]()
