I would bring it. You shouldn't need it, but it's better to be too warm and take stuff off as you go. It's small and will easily store in your pocket. Luckily bike gear is small and won't take up much room in your luggage. The weather here is crazy. Last week it was in the low 90's on Monday and didn't get over 50 on Friday! There have been many times where the temp. fluctuates 30 degrees in a day. And don't look at the long range forcast for help. It's NEVER right...if the weatherman get's it right the morning of, he's doing pretty good!
