I've been logging my food (for the most part) for probably 5-6 years now! I find that when I don't do it I allow little things here and there that I don't eat when I know I have to log it. The other thing I like about sparkpeople is that you can track other things like calcium and iron, which I tend not to get enough of when I'm not keeping track. Good luck!
