    Costum fit bikes

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Do you know if there are any companies/frame builders that specialize in designing costum fit womens bike frames? I have a Serotta Concours titanium frame that I absolutely love but I'm thinking about getting another bike. It seams to me that many bike frame builders (like Curt Goodrich, Tom Kellogg, Peter Weigle and others) are very good at the costum fit part whether it is for a women or a man.

A friend of mine, who runs the free web-site for women "Graceful Edge" (http://www.gracefuledge.com/index.html), recently wrote about Serotta costum fit bicycles (see http://www.gracefuledge.com/archive..._09-20-06.html). She also writes about many other things hip for active women like us who like biking, running, swimming, hiking, skiing, etc. You can check out the latest in technical wear, fab gear, and awe inspiring experiences.

are you trying to fit a "costume" for your bike?

Just kidding, I believe you are looking for "custom" fit frames correct? I have heard very good things about Terry bikes
    http://www.terrybicycles.com/

and Seven bikes are supposed to be very nice as well (but expensive)

Good luck - I can't wait until I can get my own custom.

I'm not sure if these people do women's specific (I would assume so), but their store was recommended to me when I was bike shopping:

Hmm, you suppose there is some kind of masquerade going on? Blubby, are you honestly interested in custom bikes for women or just trying to drive traffic to your link?

Well, It is almost Hallowen. Maybe I can come to the TE Party dressed as a Bicycle I should complain, since misspelled "October" in a Thread title today

Doesn't mean we can't use the thread.....

Is anyone doing anything special for Halloween on their bike?

The Velo Girls have done a costome ride before, I don't know if there will be one this year. I suppose I could check the schedule.

    It's that whole Engrish thing...

Hmmm.... I've never had the Xtra on Hallowe'en. I have affixed a broom to a motorcycle... it should be really easy to trick out the longbike!

let's see, two posts total, no conversation, no real introduction and
    A LINK!!!

was any of your first 10 posts a link to a business? I'll bet not!

and did I go to the COSTUM link? I did not.

I might catch something from it!!
