I think Denise is pretty high on the list too, but i go right to my DH who not only got himself on the road to fitness, but got both of my sons on a double century before they were in highschool and then finally got me involved too. (I was a lot more stubborn and set in my ways then the kids were)

(and then there's the cute guy who was my captain yesterday )

and Floyd! I like Floyd too.

Actually, my DH and myself. My husband is a "monster". He rides fast even if cannot do it anymore. He always works on improving himself and tries new things. The other day he tried going up our regular hill spinning with only one leg. But the best part about him - he got so many people into riding and although he is much better now, he still loves to ride with our friends, work with them and help them in thier improvement. I like my riding because I can still beat most of his friends uphill even being prego!

    yes!!

this month's Cycle Sport's "Clean" issue has a great feature on her - best coverage of a woman in that magazine that I can recall.

I also love Levi - and Dave Z (because he's so WEIRD - in a good way!).

Not myself (still sulking about my Staurday race )

My favourite? Has to be my partner - he's my coach, my role model, my training partner, my biggest fan...

The one who I aspire to be? Sarah Ulmer... a completely unrealistic goal, but I can dream, huh? She is AWESOME.

The one who has inspired me the most? Who else but Lance?

    soppy no?

My son is my favourite cyclist. He's always ready to go out, whatever the weather. He's unfazed by the fact that nearly all his friends have their stabilisers off yet is willing to try without when i help him but is completely happy to go at his own pace.
He always wants to race and will try to ride up hills that even i have to drop to 1st gear on and he's riding an ickle 12inch wheeled childs bike!

4 year old andrew is my favourite cyclist and always will be!

I love what you wrote, in fact I got all tearful!

My grandson (Calum), is also 4 years old, he still has stabilisers on, so what, we all gotta start somewhere.

To me my little grandson is my favourite cyclist, he is one cool little dude.

You sound one of the best Mum's!

Oh, yes, I have to agree...the Z-man...could he be any funnier?? Gotta love him...sounds like he is perpetualy on "happy-but-mellow" pills and yet he rides like the devil. He rocks!

The fresh worldchampion Marianne Vos for being to good at a so young age and Marion Bax for being so good at the age of 50. Wow, and then to think I want to ride against those girls next year. I seriously need to do some more training in the preseason.

    JENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gotta love a guy who will bury himself for his team leader, will struggle to win a race he should have lost, and rolls up to a start line on a bright green faux chopper bike!

On a human level, this week it is me. I rode my first, and last cross, race this weekend. I came in dead last. Was lapped by the men, twice I think, and some of the women. But I had the most fun EVER! I even got a shout out from the announcer when I finished, cause I was so excited that I actually finished. I threw my hand up in the air like I had won! Next week it will be someone else.
