Lise-they were bad, but I has so many other things go wrong, they seamed minor. Pregnancy #1-became ecclamptic, had a seizure, hemorrage, and a premature baby (he was huge at 5 pounds, blue and floppy). Pregnancy #2-on hospital bedrest the entire time. My twins had TTTS, I was pre-ecclamptic (became ecclamptic), gestational diabeties, and spent a large portion of my time on Magnesium Sulphate (for the record, I HATE that stuff). Again, premature babies. Very premature babies. Upside, all are healthy, active and happy boys now.
For the record, I was told I would most likely not survive a third pregnancy and measures were taken during delivery #2.
