Took Allie for a ride tonight. Went twice as far - can't say exactly how far because I forgot to take the bike computer
Actually managed the hills this time (getting the hang of the gears). I took my time and just enjoyed the peace and quiet of a pleasant autumn evening.
Didn't have jelly legs tonight
What is it with cycling that has such a euphoric effect? Not only that, I feel I breathe easier too and feel my overall wellbeing is so much improved after just over a week of being back on a bike.
Can't be bad
There are a lot of unwanted, unloved bikes out there - go on give a bike a good home
