    Congrat, Ruth! And welcome. I, too, am impressed with your speed and ground-handling skills. I don't think of myself as a runner, either, despite having run a full and half marathon, and numerous shorter races. I think of myself as a cyclist, and a triathlete. Which means...I have to run!
