Don't you just love the hills around here Deb. I live on top of one of them so its always uphill on the way back. I'm really impressed with your speed and time. I hope you enjoyed the Blackstone Valley.
I did enjoy your hills, or at least the first 70 miles of them. One long downhill was quite a blast at 45 mph. But that long uphill 3 miles before the finish I could have done without. Nice scenery out there. Even saw a few llamas. And the few busy roads we were on had very wide shoulders.

    Congrats!

Wahoo! I am psyched for you both. I didn't realize this would be a first century for you both - that's great!

Although the weather didn't really comply, you got thru it anyway! Congratulations. It is a great accomplishment you should savor. I hope you'll set your sights on a spring one, and that I'll be ready to join you!

If either of you are interested in doing the "Tour de Westford" which is 30 miles in and around the town - should be a lovely ride, especially with a little weather luck. It's Oct 8th, and if you're interested I can PM you with the info.
