    My Bike Model

    To disable ads, please log-in.

She is a Raleigh Romana built sometime between 1989 and 1992. She would have cost approximately £160 ($305) new.

Raleigh only used the mixte frame on two models - the Romana and the Impulse. Both were sports bikes.

I got the info from a chap on the Raleigh forum. There's no facility on there to put pics so I e-mailed him the pics and he came back with that info.

Nice to know what model she is and her approximate age

And while we're waiting for others to ask intelligent questions, I have to ask what I always ask --

    What color is she?

I'd be interested in knowing the two wheel/tire sizes. I think I recall you saying they are the original tires?...
Are they 2 diff. sizes? Should be marked on the tires...

    A 6-arm spider. Very unusual.
