    They are fairly true to the size charts (L = 36, M = 34, S = 32). In my experience, I am a 36C and the L was too big around the ribcage and straps to keep me... contained. It was comfy, though! An M fits me better (a tiny bit of spillage around the edges), but I wear both the M and L or one of them and a tri-top for high-impact and just one of them alone for low-impact. If you have a longer torso, the sizes are probably more accurate than they were for me. YMMV, TE has a great return policy so order what you think is right and go from there

    That helps a lot Colby! I am a 36C and was debating whether to order a medium or large. I do have a long torso, but most things L fit too loosely around my ribhcage. I will go for medium and containment, I can live with a little spillage
