It really is hard to find information about Female bicyclists from the past.
If someone here knows french, they might look up the french racing scene
which apparently in the 20's or 30's had women racing bikes.
Also worth having a look at Beryl Burton, a british gal. Never really hear that much about her but she was some woman on a bike, pretty fast:
