i am so proud of myself today. it had been raining all week, so i got on my trainer and rode while i watched a video, today i finally got out. i got about 60 ft past the original point. i was so thrilled. i love seeing the progress. i honestly did not think i would, b/x when i have gone to the gym, i never saw much progress. now if only i could have some toned legs, i'd be all set.

I'm just starting to work on hills in some organized fashion. They are tough and I think you're going to be one heck of a rider when you get off those hills. You're doing the hard part first.![]()
thanks. i really have no choice living in the mountains. you either go up, or down. some of those downhill rides are scary!
It's not going down hill that scares me. I like going down them.
