The said friend is someone "getting" into cycling and unfortunately being 2000 miles away all I can do is give her pointers and encourage her. .... more in another thread....

Susan, if I included a packet of chocky fish with my SAE, would you cover the postage to New Zealand?

). And for those who were wondering, a chocky fish is pink marshmallow covered in milk chocolate, all fish shaped.
