Congratulations on your weight loss - that's awesome!! I've been cycling for just over 3 months now and I love it.

When I first started, I really didn't care for hills either. But, as you get stronger (cardio & physically), you will definitely see improvements in getting up those hills . Start slowly and make sure you downshift just before you head up that hill.

There are so many wonderful women here who have been riding a long while. You will learn a lot!
