Hey! Some of us have to work an 8 hr day!

It was purdy but I was stung by a bee or hornet or sumthin' that wasn't fun. Fortunately, I was still able to flap my jaw. Kim and I decided the 20 mile loop we cut off last year may have been the prettiest part of the route. I wish I had taken more pictures. We passed a sign that said "Congested Area." There was one house on a curve on the road near the sprawling and grand metropolis of Mugginsville.

Hey - I'm working still. I'm making worksheets to go along with the leveled readers that came in our new Social Studies kits.

    So it was fun?

Good! I'm glad. You need some fun.

I survived my longest metric so far (66 miles) and learned how to paceline - that was super fun! I will follow Trekhawk and Jo anywhere now... Beautiful scenery up there!

(But I've had an insane day at work and it isn't over yet by a long shot That's what I get for taking Friday off! But it was worth it!)
    Keep calm and carry on...

I loved this ride. Great scenery and wonderful company. Im just sad I will miss it next year (I will be expecting ride reports in 2007 from Jo and Ann on the scenic loop SK talked about).
Siskiyou gets the big thumbs up from me.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.... Perfect weather, a visit to Mugginsville, Popsicles, carrot cake - what more could anyone want?

Heh! I read this, thought I saw "Mugglesville" and wondered if you all saw Harry Potter!!
