    Off season training

Has anyone tried the Cyclo Core / Cyclo Zen off season training program? I would like to try something new this winter, but I do not want to buy something that will collect dust. If you have tried it, how long did you use it? What kind of results did you get? Need some input before I purchase.
    Thanks.

Cyclo core and Cyclo Zen is great!

I bought and used it last fall/winter. I have a hand injury right now or would be doing it right now.

It is a great program (REALLY HARD!) When you start, it is hard, just go at your own pace and you will improve rapidly. It is a wonderful addition to some sort of cardio work. Once you have used it for a while, you will feel like a new person.

I don't do those types of things in the summer cause I'm just too lazy and too busy riding my bike, but the winter time it is a great adjunct to cycling and helps your cycling a lot when you start riding more in the Spring.
