Rode down to the LBS, got the handle bars and computer changed out. Rode part of the way on my usual commuter route. WOW what a difference.Although I spent the whole ride worried about getting a flat without my Gatorskins. And when I got home, I had indeed nick a tire, but it didn't cause a flat. We'll change those out tonight.
I did end up with the compact double. It doesn't come with the triple option for '07. I made it up my evil commuter hill OK, and tried a couple of small hills on the way home and did OK with those too. I have a double crank tattoo on my shoulder, so maybe this compact double is my destiny.But enough talk, here's the pictures . . . enjoy!

oh she's PURDY!!!!!!!!!!!! (the triple wasn't an option for any of the ruby version last year either... i bought the triple dura-ace to have it put on cuz i'm a hill climber!!! lol!)
(p.s. i like the specialized pro tires! i've replaced my used up ones twice now with them cuz michelin pro's don't come in solid black!!!)
