Chamois bunching? Short too big?

In my seemingly endless quest for the right saddle (on #6 now), my main complaints have been "nose too wide" or "seat too hard". It's not easy to find a cushy seat with a narrow nose!

The transition between the seat and the nose is not sharp enough for me (my thighs rub in a way I don't like) but the nose is not very wide, and it's pleasantly cushy.
