LOL - you know I think your right. The sitbones felt good and comfy but the rubbing aaaggghhhhhh. I tried feeling around the saddle with my hand while I was riding (must have looked funny to cars going by) and my sit bones seemed nicely supported and the soft tissue area was good. So angle is another thing you have to take into consideration - thanks for the tip SK.
